Learners register on the IIDRC Edge website. After approval or payment they receive an email with schedule and access details.
Participants may attend classroom sessions at an IIDRC venue or join live online sessions where available.
Attend all sessions, complete assignments or case exercises, and pass short quizzes or a final assessment as specified for the course.
The instructor or program coordinator reviews attendance, submissions, and assessment scores to confirm successful completion.
All eligible participants receive a digital certificate of completion as a PDF by email.
A physical printed certificate with the IIDRC Edge seal and authorised signature is provided as well. For classroom cohorts it is handed out on the closing day. For online cohorts it can be collected from the designated centre or delivered by courier on request.
Certificates can be verified by contacting IIDRC Edge through the website verification form or by email. Verification uses the participant name and certificate number stored in our records.
If a certificate is lost or contains a spelling error, participants may request a reissue. Name changes or duplicate copies may involve a small administrative fee.
