The Institutional and Industrial Dispute Resolution Centre, IIDRC, is set to conduct a certificate course titled “Understand the POSH Act, 2013 and Your Workplace Rights”, aimed at enhancing awareness and practical understanding of workplace safety and legal protections. The session will be held online on March 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The course is designed to provide participants with a clear and structured understanding of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013, with a focus on rights, responsibilities, and compliance mechanisms within professional environments. It aims to equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge required to foster safe, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces.
The session will feature Mr. Aashish Gupta, IIDRC Representative, along with certified POSH trainers Ms. Saasha Gandhi, Ms. Adri Kashyap, and Ms. Vediccaa Ramdanee, who bring practical expertise in workplace compliance and training.
Through this initiative, IIDRC continues to expand its focus beyond dispute resolution into capacity building and awareness driven programmes that address critical workplace issues. The course forms part of IIDRC’s broader effort to promote informed, responsible, and compliant organisational practices.
