IIDRC Edge Conducts Workshop on Arbitration Training and Core Principles

The Institutional and Industrial Dispute Resolution Centre, IIDRC, through its learning and development vertical IIDRC Edge, successfully conducted an in person workshop titled Arbitration Training, Foundation and Principles of Arbitration on Saturday, 20 December 2025, at its training facility in Noida.

The workshop was designed to provide participants with a structured understanding of the foundational concepts and governing principles of arbitration. Through focused discussions and practical insights, the programme aimed to enhance conceptual clarity, procedural awareness, and professional confidence in arbitration practice.

The session was led by Mr. Fahim A Khan, Chief Legal Officer at IIDRC, who shared comprehensive perspectives on the arbitration framework, procedural fundamentals, and the practical application of arbitral principles. The programme was supported by Ms. Neha Saifi, Relationship Manager at IIDRC, and Mr. Mohd Yousuf Ali, Legal Assistant at IIDRC, who contributed to participant engagement and coordination.

The workshop saw participation from young legal professionals, students, and practitioners seeking to strengthen their grounding in arbitration. Interactive discussions and participant queries contributed to an engaging learning environment, and the programme was conducted smoothly within the scheduled time frame.
